LARGE SCALE MAPPING:
      We have completed a project on Large Scale mapping covering about 4300 Sq.K.M. for a state of India. The maps have been delivered in Soft copy and Hard copy.
Input:

• Old paper maps of scale 1:25000, 1:50000
• Latest satellite images
• Ground Control Points
• Attribute Data
• Ground Truthing

Brief Methodology:

• Scanning of Maps
• Georeferencing as per standard Coordinate system
• Digitisation & Base Map generation
• Scanning of Satellite Images
• Georeferencing as per standard Coordinate System
• Superimposing the Base Map over the Satellite Imagery
• Updating the Base Map
• Preparing Large Scale maps (1:4000 scale) of 2 Sq.Km area from the Base Map

Tools:Hardware:

• HP Designjet Scanner 4500
• HP Designjet Plotter 1050 Plus
• Pentium 4 workstations of latest configuration

Soft ware:

• AutoCAD Map 3D
• ERDAS Imagine

Output:

• A1 size maps in Hardcopy in the scale 1:4000
• Soft copy maps in AutoCad format 1:4000 scale.
